Welcome to Brookes Physiotherapy

Coronavirus Pandemic Update – January 2021.

It’s not exactly been the fresh start that we were hoping for in 2021, but our fingers are firmly crossed that this 3rd National lockdown will be the last.

In the meanwhile, we remain open for business, and as per guidance from our professional body, we continue to undertake a “virtual first” approach with all of our clients. This means we must conduct at least a short initial assessment in order to assess your clinical needs to help us to decide together what is best for you. This can be done by electronic, telephone or video means. For everyone’s safety and interests, if we book a face to face appointment, there will be a short COVID screening process to complete.

In order to remain within social distancing guidance, and ensure that your visit to see us is as safe as possible, we have made some changes to how we are working. These changes will be discussed with you at the time of booking so you know what to expect.

As always, we wish you all good health!

“Thank you so much for all your physical and emotional support.”

Thank you so much for your expertise and sequential care enabling my rehab after shoulder surgery.

The physiotherapy was key to my recovery and I have been impressed with the range of exercises that you have recommended during my recuperation.

Your objective assessment of the progress that I made over the weeks after my op were hugely helpful and enabled me to recognise that I was making progress when I was not necessarily sure that this was the case.

I would recommend your enthusiastic,  diligent professional advice without reservation and wish you and your business all the best for the future.

Your clinic in Poundbury is conveniently located and easy to attend.
